HB 81 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Insurance Code so as to authorize all Independent School Districts to pay any or all of the premiums on certain group insurance policies insuring employees of the district.

HB 4 Caption: Relating to establishing alternate registration systems in the event (1) that the poll tax as a prerequisite for voting is invalidated by court action, or (2) that the poll tax as a prerequisite for voting is invalidated by constitutional amendment or a constitutional amendment is passed in addition to court invalidation, and making other provisions necessary or in aid of such registration systems; providing for a temporary period of registration in the year 1966 and providing conditions for voting after such registration.

HB 393 Caption: Relating to providing that the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Court created by a certain Act shall be increased to include all actions for the recovery of money only where the amount involved exclusive of costs does not exceed $100.00; except for certain claims for wages or salary earned, or for work or labor performed under contract of employment, not to exceed $200.00.

HB 877 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of any County to refund outstanding causeway revenue bonds with bonds or proceeds of bonds issued by any said Commissioners' Court and to levy and collect an ad valorem tax to pay the interest on and principal of such refunding bonds.
