HB 24 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Motor Vehicle Safety-Responsibility Act relating to the deposit of security following certain accidents, the proof of financial responsibility in certain instances, the suspension of certain licenses, registrations and non-resident operating privileges and certain penalties.
HB 295 Caption: Relating to authorizing creation of a county-wide hospital district in Stonewall County, to be known as the Stonewall County Hospital District.
HB 384 Caption: Relating to requiring district clerks to report certain divorce information to the State Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics; providing for the payment of a fee by anyone receiving divorce information from the Bureau and the accounting for such fee by the Bureau.
HB 683 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to prohibit any health or accident insurance company from representing or advertising any policy as non-cancellable if the company retains the right to increase the premiums; providing a penalty for violations and providing for liability to the beneficiary in a sum equal to three times the total amount of premiums paid.

HB 889 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to provide for a ten (10) day examination period of accident and sickness insurance policies by the policy-holder, during which term the insured may return the policy to the insurer and receive a return of premiums paid, if the insured is dissatisfied with the policy for any reason; providing an effective date.
HB 890 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to provide for the maintaining of certain reserves for certain accident and health insurance policies in accordance with regulations issued by the State Board of Insurance.
HB 891 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to require insurers to state in any individual accident and health insurance policy sold in this state whether or not they will send notice of premiums due to the insured; providing an effective date.
HB 892 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to change the time limit on certain defenses in the required provisions of policies of accident and sickness insurance, from three years to two years.
HB 893 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to authorize the State Board of Insurance to define the terms "noncancellable", "noncancellable and guaranteed renewable" and "guaranteed renewable": providing for certain minimum requirements for such definitions.
HB 1031 Caption: Relating to Rotan Municipal Water Authority, by providing that certain additional territory shall be contained therein.
HJR 43 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to delete the provision limiting the territorial jurisdiction of Notaries Public to the county for which appointed and to authorize the Legislature to prescribe their jurisdiction.

HB 559 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes extending the application of the occupation tax on the gross receipts of certain gas, electric and water utilities to all intrastate gross receipts, and imposing a gross receipts tax at a uniform rate of 1.997% of all such gross receipts.
HB 744 Caption: Relating to creating the State Fiscal Study Commission, prescribing its membership and terminating said Commission by August 31, 1965.
HB 793 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute including the consideration paid for annuity contracts within the meaning of the word premium.
