SB 54 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by increasing the expense allowance of District Judges and District Attorneys under certain conditions; repealing all laws in conflict and providing a severability clause.
SB 75 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, acting by the Chancellor thereof, to execute and deliver a deed to certain land in Denton County, Texas, conveying said land to the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company; providing for the exceptance and reservation unto the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas of all fissionable materials and all oil, gas, and other minerals of whatever nature upon, in, or under said land; providing a reversionary clause in said deed to the effect that if the said land ceases to be used by the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company for a railroad it shall revert to the Grantor, the said Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas; providing for approval of the form of such conveyance by the Attorney General.
SB 104 Caption: Relating to appropriating the sum on One Thousand, Eighty-Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1086.50) together with the pro-rata interest earned thereon out of the general fund of the State of Texas, or so much as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment rendered against the State of Texas, in favor of Home Furniture Company, a corporation, in cause Number 84447 in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, 53rd Judicial District, such judgment having become a final judgment.
SB 123 Caption: Relating to repealing statutes relating to the Special Road Law for Denton County.
SB 124 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Denton County by authorizing the county to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right-of-way for the designated State highways, including Farm-to-Market highways, of Federal highways when the acquisition of such right-of-way is approved by the State Highway Commission.
SB 238 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by permitting the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice Pharmacy in this State to persons who have been licensed by examination to practice pharmacy in New Mexico, and have been registered in such State for a period of not less than thirteen (13) years immediately preceding the effective date of this Act, and provided further that such persons must also furnish proof that they have secured a license through reciprocity from Tennessee and Oklahoma; and have resided in Texas for a period of at least forty five (45) years; providing that such person's license is in good standing and that such person is of good moral character; and providing that applicants shall within ten (10) days from the effective date of this Act, file with the State Board of Pharmacy an application for a license to practice in this State.
SB 259 Caption: Relating to providing for the transfer of title to certain lands to the State Highways Commission containing 20.52 acres of land, more or less, and being a part and parcel of the present campus of the North Texas State College at Denton, Texas, necessary for the relocation and improvement of U.S. Highway No. 77 from the West line of Avenue "D" to the East line of Avenue "I" in, and adjacent to, the City of Denton, Texas.
SB 268 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the Eastland County Water Supply District; relating to making certain changes with reference to the election of Directors.
SB 293 Caption: Relating to authorizing certain cities to issue refunding bonds due serially and bearing interest as provided in this Act for the purpose of refunding outstanding tax supported or revenue bonds which do not mature in annual installments.
SB 401 Caption: Relating to providing for continuation of the office of county superintendent of public instruction where it exists in counties having a scholastic population of less than seventeen hundred (1700) but more than sixteen hundred eighty five (1685), unless abolished by vote of qualified property tax paying voters of the county at an election called upon petition of qualified voters; providing the effective date of such abolishment; repealing conflicting laws.

SB 15 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code relating to Mutual Assessment Companies.
SB 17 Caption: Relating to repealing certain articles of the Insurance Code relating to limited capital stock companies; providing exceptions.
SB 18 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to require that every policy of life insurance and every annuity contract issued or delivered in this State shall distinctly state the amount of benefits payable, the manner of payment and the consideration therefor.
SB 20 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code relating to domestic Life, Health, and Accident Companies, and relating to capital stock.
SB 79 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relating to the Brazos River Conservation and Reclamation District.
SB 83 Caption: Relating to amending the Fireman and Policemen Statute, relating to providing the subject matter, time and procedure for appeals from final decisions of the Civil Service Commission to District Courts.
SB 86 Caption: Relating to authorizing County Commissioners Courts to compensate constables and deputy constables for transportation or furnish adequate transportation within the State; providing for sworn statements covering such transportation.
SB 165 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to provide that the issuance and sale of Drive-a-way In-transit License, and the issuance of dealer's temporary cardboard numbers, be handled as are all other license plates.
SB 168 Caption: Relating to granting teachers who heretofore have withdrawn deposits from the Teacher Retirement System the privilege of re-depositing said funds under certain conditions and limitations.
SB 169 Caption: Relating to making it lawful to kill deer in Palo Pinto and Stephens Counties under certain conditions.
SB 188 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code, declaring it a felony to make certain threats for the purpose of extorting money or anything of value from the person threatened or from any other person; providing a penalty therefor.
SB 197 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Adjutant General's Department to transfer and convey certain land in Palo Pinto County to the City of Mineral Wells.
SB 219 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts pertaining to the Teacher Retirement System of Texas to include veterans of Korean War.
SB 275 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code of the State of Texas, to include casualty insurance companies; providing for the licensing of persons who adjust or aid in adjusting any loss for or on behalf of any insurance company, association or organization; providing that such licenses be exhibited to persons involved in or witnessing accidents or losses; providing a penalty.
SB 279 Caption: Relating to authorizing school districts participating in the Foundation School Program to purchase, sell and trade directly upon the open market motor vehicles, tires and tubes, used for transporting school children, when requisitions are approved by designated school officials.
SB 284 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by increasing the expense allowance of District Judges and District Attorneys under certain conditions.
SB 312 Caption: Relating to creating a Conservation District, comprising the territory contained within the City of Decatur in Wise County, Texas, for the purpose of providing a source of water supply for municipal, domestic and industrial use and processing and transporting the same.
SB 313 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by adding a provision permitting the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice Pharmacy in this State to persons who have been licensed by examination to practice pharmacy in New Mexico.
SB 336 Caption: Related to amending Statutes relating to the Teacher Retirement System to provide for compulsory retirement of members of the Teacher Retirement System upon reaching a certain age under certain conditions; to provide procedures by which members eligible to retire may designate nominees and optional allowances for retirement, and change such designations prior to retirement; to provide that such designations shall become effective and payable immediately upon death of such members.

SB 39 Caption: Relating to creating a Conservation District, comprising the territory contained within the City of Nocona in Montague County, Texas, for the purpose of providing a source of water supply for municipal, domestic and industrial use and processing and transporting the same.

SB 19 Caption: Relating to make it the duty of and to direct the State Highway Department to erect and maintain signs showing the maximum lawful speed for commercial motor vehicles, truck tractors, trailers, and semi-trailers (trucks); and motor vehicles engaged in the business of transporting passengers for compensation or hire (buses); providing where such signs shall be erected and maintained.
SB 97 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that widows of Confederate soldiers and sailors who were married to such soldiers or sailors prior to January 1, 1922, shall be eligible for pensions under certain circumstances and to provide that no widow of a Confederate Veteran born since January 1, 1886, shall be entitled to a window's pension.
SB 127 Caption: Relating to governing the taking of fish and minnows from the public, fresh waters of Wise County; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
SB 191 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by permitting the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice Pharmacy in this State to persons who have been licensed by examination to practice pharmacy in New Mexico, and have been registered in such State for a period of not less than thirteen (13) years immediately preceding the effective date of this Act, and provided further that such persons must also furnish proof that they have secured a license through reciprocity from Tennessee and Oklahoma, and have resided in Texas for a period of at least forty-five (45) years.
SB 265 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by transferring the control and management of the Texas School for the Deaf from the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools to the State Board of Education; providing for the transfer of all powers and duties heretofore vested in the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools pertaining to the affairs of the Texas School for the Deaf to the State Board of Education; providing for the appointment of the Superintendent of the Texas School for the Deaf by the State Board of Education.
SB 319 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to prescribe the method of service of citation in connection with temporary administrators; validating service of all citations heretofore served and all sales of property by administrators originally appointed as temporary administrators.
SB 344 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts regulating retirement compensation under the Employees Retirement System of Texas.
SB 362 Caption: Relating to authorizing County Commissioners Courts to compensate constables and deputy constables for transportation or furnish adequate transportation within the State.
SB 390 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by prohibiting the driving of cattle across the Rio Grande from Mexico into Texas or from Texas into Mexico except where a United States custom house is maintained or where there is a place of inspection by United States custom house officers, or without first having them inspected in accordance with law.
SB 393 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by providing that the central education agency shall have exclusive jurisdiction and control over the State School for the Deaf.
SB 469 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Texas State Parks Board to transfer and convey certain land in Palo Pinto County to the City of Mineral Wells.

HB 88 Caption: Relating to increasing the expense allowance of District Judges and District Attorneys under certain conditions.
HB 140 Caption: Relating to authorizing the licensing of car auction rings, providing rules and regulations to be observed by car auction rings, providing penalties, repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this act; providing a savings clause.
HB 289 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the payment of increased pensions to the widows of Confederate Veterans.
HB 290 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that no widow of a Confederate Veteran born since January 1, 1875, shall be entitled to a widow's pension.
HB 293 Caption: Relating to provide that a picture of Colonel William Barrett Travis be obtained and placed on the walls in the House of Representatives; appropriating the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars to pay for same.
HB 565 Caption: Relating to amending previous sections, authorizing guardians of the estates of minors and other persons to enter into pooling or unitization agreements coverage the interests of their wards in oil as well as gas rights; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 815 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, relative to interest on loans; providing a savings clause.
HB 890 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation, to erect monuments and markers in Texas where memorable battles were fought by the heroes of the Republic of Texas, and at other places where important historical events transpired during the early struggles for freedom, so that the wonderful heritage left us by our heroic and daring pioneers, may live forever.

HB 22 Caption: Relating to declaring null and void as against public policy any contract which permits, requires, prescribes or provides for the retention of any part of the compensation of an employee for the purpose of paying dues or assessments on his part to any labor union, without the written consent of the employee delivered to the employer authorizing such retention or withholding; containing a saving clause with respect to constitutional invalidity.
HB 148 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, relative to providing that no widow of a Confederate Veteran born since January 1, 1875, shall be entitled to a widow's pension.
HB 264 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, so as to provide for the payment of increased pensions to the widows of Confederate Veterans.
HB 398 Caption: Relating to requiring all operators of parking lots and/or storage places for power driven vehicles which are open to the public to carry insurance to cover claims for loss of or injury to property while in such parking lot or storage place; providing for the filing of bonds and/or insurance policies with the city officials.
HB 502 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to provide that law licenses shall be granted and issued to all veterans of World War II without requirement of passage of the State Bar examination.
HB 685 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, increasing the expense allowance of District Judges under certain conditions.
HJR 17 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide for the distribution of the available School Fund to counties on a basis of average daily attendance instead of according to their scholastic population.
