- United States Army, Technical Sergeant, World War II. "Tech. Sgt. B.T. Johnson received his discharge from the Army in October. He entered service as a private and served in the Southwest Pacific, earning the Asiatic-Pacific ribbon with two battle stars, the Bronze Star, and the Phillippine Liberation ribbon.
