HB 40 Caption: Relating to abolishing capital punishment; defining offenses and punishments.
HB 170 Caption: Relating to prohibiting public school officials in this State from requiring membership or non-membership in any private association or organization, with certain exception, as a condition of employment; providing penalties.
HB 208 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statues so as to prescribe the method of service of citation in connection with temporary administrators.
HB 234 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles by requiring that every county mutual insurance company licensed and doing business under Chapter 17 of the Insurance Code at the effective date of this Act shall have until May 31, 1954, to comply with the requirements of this Act.

HB 58 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to maintenance of rest rooms for women in courthouses so as to provide that certain counties may appoint the matron and expend for the maintenance of a rest room for women in the courthouse an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty five ($125) per month.
HB 417 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to prescribe the method of service of citation in connection with temporary administrators; validating service of all citations heretofore served and all sales of property by administrators originally appointed as temporary administrators; providing nothing herein shall affect pending litigation.
