HB 198 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Acts relative to the requirement of the payment of the use tax on a motor vehicle before the issuance of a Certificate of Title.
HB 268 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by lowering the classification of counties in which the tax assessor-collector may maintain branch offices in cities and towns of one thousand (1,000) or more population from counties having more than seventy-four thousand (74,000) inhabitants to counties having more than seventy thousand (70,000) inhabitants.
HB 284 Caption: Relating to providing a more uniform method of selecting jury lists, providing the method of making jury lists, the officers to make up such lists, for universal jury wheel, the method of drawing jurors from jury wheel.

HB 898 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take or catch wild game or fish by certain methods and with certain equipment in the waters of Cooke and Grayson Counties, including Lake Texoma in Texas, and making it further unlawful to possess certain illegal equipment within five hundred (500) yards of any stream, lake or other fresh waters in Cooke and Grayson Counties, including Lake Texoma in Texas, providing a penalty.
HJR 4 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment eliminating the provisions prohibiting members of the regular military establishments of the United States from voting in this State.
