HB 2 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, authorizing judges, clerks, and commissioners of courts of record within this State to administer oaths, affidavits, and affirmations.
HB 115 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the allocation of funds from the "Clearance Fund" to the "Blind Assistance Fund", the "Children's Assistance Fund", and the "Old Age Assistance Fund"; providing a savings clause; repealing all laws in conflict.
HB 221 Caption: Relating to permitting the adoption of adults in the same manner as is now provided for the adoption of minors.

HB 700 Caption: Relating to repealing House Bill No. 575, 42nd Legislature, Acts, 1931, in its entirety, relative to reports of the State Auditor on county tax matters.

HB 877 Caption: Relating to providing for the apportionment of federal estate tax in those cases where the tax is measured in part by the interest of the surviving spouse in community property.

HB 252 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Acts by providing a closed season on wild turkey and deer in Schleicher County.

HB 125 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statues by providing that certain oil leases shall not be valid until approved by the Commissioner of the General Land Office.
HB 126 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office, by and with the consent and approval of the School Land Board, to enter into and approve pooling of public school lands and lands in which the public free school fund owns a mineral interest with privately owned lands for the purpose of oil and gas development; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 153 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for changing and prescribing terms and times for holding the courts in the counties composing the Thirty-eighth Judicial District of Texas.
HB 157 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for county and State registration of all livestock brands; repealing all laws in conflict.

HB 355 Caption: Relating to providing for the apportionment of the cost of the salary of the official shorthand reporter in Judicial Districts of this State composed of more than one county, where the Court in either of such counties has successive terms without more than two (2) days intervening between any of such terms.
HB 463 Caption: Relating to prohibiting any State Board, Department, Commission or State Institution or any governing body of any political subdivision of the State from engaging in a business of a concededly private nature or commercial retail nature; prescribing a penalty for violations.
HB 465 Caption: Relating to define license and regulate the business of making loans or advancements in the amount or of the value of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars or less, secured or unsecured.
HB 564 Caption: Relating to providing a special license for those who trap beaver or otter outside the county of their residence; making it unlawful to trap beaver or otter for a period of five (5) years except in that portion of the State west of the Pecos River and in Val Verde and Kimble Counties during the period January 1st to January 15th of each year; providing a penalty for violations of this Act.
HB 566 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure relative to the selection of jury commissioners for the drawing of grand juries, and the selecting, summoning, and impaneling of grand juries.

HB 56 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to extending the time for payment of all notes or obligations executed by purchasers of school land for the unpaid balance of principal due the State thereon until November 1, 1951.
HB 445 Caption: Relating to validating all proceedings prior to February 10, 1941, by the Boards of Trustees of independent school districts of the State of Texas authorizing the issuance of bonds of such districts in certain amounts for the purpose of constructing and equipping public free school stadia within such districts.
HB 460 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the "Upper Guadalupe River Authority"; designating who shall have authority to execute vouchers under the direction and with the consent of Directors of said District.
HB 461 Caption: Relating to granting the Commissioners Courts of Crockett, Sutton, Menard, Mason, Kimble, Kerr, Bandera, Real, Edwards, Schleicher, Tom Green, Irion, Medina, Webb, and Zapata Counties permission to pay out of the General Fund of said Counties bounties for the destruction of rattlesnakes and predatory animals.
HB 519 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes providing for county and State registration of all livestock brands; providing that the Department of Public Safety and County Clerks of the State shall be charged with the administration of this Act.
HB 717 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act relative to Menard county; prohibiting the taking of Fish in Menard County with any device equipped with more than two (2) hooks; providing size limits and bag limits; providing a closed session during the months of March and April; providing for penalties.
HB 769 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing that cities or counties acquiring land for the maintenance and conduct of an airport may lease such land to the county in which said city is located, or to any city in said county.

HB 1114 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking of fish in Kimble, Kerr, Edwards, Real, Sutton, Bandera, Mason, Menard, Blanco, Llano, Kendall, or Gillespie Counties with any device equipped with more than two (2) hooks, prohibiting the use of floats except in certain cases, except artificial bait used with a rod and reel and excepting a twenty (20) foot minnow seine for the purpose of taking minnows for bait; providing a penalty for any violation of this Act.
