HB 4 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, limiting the time within which ad valorem taxes may be collected by the State, any County, Municipality, or other defined Subdivision of the State; providing for the compilation of a delinquent tax record of all taxes the collection of which is not barred by this Act; providing for payment to Tax Collector for compilation of such record.
HB 153 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code of 1925, increasing the non-resident hunting license fee.
HB 224 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take or kill wild deer in the County of Anderson, of Texas, for a period of five (5) years; making it unlawful for any person to have in his possession any wild deer killed or caught in said County; prescribing penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 225 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale of paregoric except upon a physician's prescription; prescribing the penalty.
HB 467 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to provide that it shall be the duty of the County Clerk in certain counties to secure complete records of each birth and death that occurs within their jurisdiction; making it the duty of the County Clerk in certain counties to file, index, and preserve records of all births and deaths in said counties and providing the fees therefore; repealing all laws in conflict.
HB 587 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking, catching, or possession of fish for sale from the Neches River in Anderson County, Texas, and prohibiting the buying or selling or the offering for sale or offering to buy, or having in his or their possession for sale, or to carry, transport or ship for the purpose of sale, barter or exchange, any fish caught from the waters of the Neches River in Anderson County, Texas; providing a penalty; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict.
