HB 106 Caption: Relating to regulating the issuance of time warrants by counties having a population in excess of three hundred thousand (300,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
HB 179 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Article relating to child born after last will and testament has been made.
HB 386 Caption: Relating to repealing a previous Act, by eliminating the licence provision regarding fishing in Medina and Bandera Counties.
HB 441 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, permitting any person to give away and distribute sample packages of cigarettes not to exceed ten (10) cigarettes per package, without the payment of the tax imposed on the sale of cigarette in this State as provided, and providing that terms and conditions upon which such sample packages may be given away or distributed.
HB 476 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for notice of hearings of the Zoning Commission.
HB 812 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of Bexar County, Texas, to appoint a Coliseum Advisory Board for the operation and maintenance of the project known as the Agricultural and Livestock Exhibition Buildings and grounds, which were heretofore received by said County from the City of San Antonio.
HB 915 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, making it discretionary with the State Board of Examiners in the Basic Sciences in regard to reciprocity; providing for exemptions as to certain persons; providing for a severability clause.
HB 918 Caption: Relating to creating an additional District court in and for Bexar County, to be known as the 120th Judicial District.
HB 947 Caption: Relating to providing for an open season on fresh water fish in Medina Lake; providing a penalty; repealing all laws in conflict herewith to the extent of such conflict only.
HB 983 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Trustees of any School District as constituted after annexation of all or part of any other school district or other additional area of consolidation of any Districts or other alteration of same to call an election in such District for voting upon the assumption of bonded or ther debt created prior to annexation or consolidation or altercation and the levy of taxes for the payment of same and for further maintenance and operation of such District in all cases where existing laws permit such annexation, consolidation or alteration but do not expressly authorize such election, providing for the time, manner and notice by which such election may be held; providing that the Act shall apply to any School District, however created, and that it shall not be exclusive but shall be cumulative of other law.
HJR 36 Caption: Proposing an Amendment to Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas authorizing the Legislature of the State of Texas to provide for the establishment and creation of hospital districts; providing for the Governor's proclamation and submission to the electorate.

HB 14 Caption: Relating to declaring the floods in Bexar, Wilson, Karnes and Goliad Counties, Texas, to be a public calamity; authorizing a donation and grant to the San Antonio River Canal and Conservancy District of one-half (1/2) of the State ad valorem taxes collected in said Counties; providing that such donated taxes shall be used for flood control improvement and maintenance purposes; repealing all laws in conflict.
HB 138 Caption: Relating to establishing a State Board of Examiners in the Basic Sciences; providing exemptions; amending previous Acts; providing that if any section, part of a section or provision of the Act is held to be unconstitutional such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Act.
HB 345 Caption: Relating to providing that the commissioners' court of a county shall have no authority or power to issue time warrants or bonds payable from the general fund of the county for the payment of current expenses or for any other purpose; repealing all laws and parts of law in conflict with this Act.
HB 347 Caption: Relating to inebriates and dipsomaniacs and creating a board of trustees of State funds for inebriates and dipsomaniacs; providing a saving clause; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 406 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Trustees of any independent school district to appoint an assessor and collector of taxes and board of equalization; providing that this Act shall be cumulative.
HB 407 Caption: Relating to authorizing the annexation of any common or independent school district to any contiguous independent school district; providing that this Act shall not be exclusive but cumulative with other laws and that if any part be held unconstitutional the remainder shall not be affected.
HB 427 Caption: Relating to regulating the issuance of time warrants by counties having a population in excess of three hundred thousand (300,000) inhabitants; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
HB 434 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to authorize the Commissioners' Court of any county affected by the provisions thereof to compensate sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, constables, deputy constables and juvenile and/or probation officers on a monthly car or automobile allowance in lieu of mileage; providing for the amendment of the present budget of each such county immediately upon the effective date of this Act; providing a saving clause; providing for the repeal of all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 469 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, requiring that all county officials and district officials in counties in which such district is composed of only one (1) county to be nominated by majority vote; repealing all laws in conflict.
HB 627 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to provide for the bond to be given by the County Engineers and for the payment of the premium thereon.
HB 656 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to make adequate provision for the employment and compensation of assistants and employees by the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney in certain counties; and providing further for the employment and compensation of additional assistants and employees by the District Attorney or Criminal District Attorney by and with the advise and consent of the Commissioners' Court in certain counties; declaring the provisions hereof to be severable.
HB 681 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of certain County Officials in counties with a population of not less than three hundred thousand (300,000), nor more than five hundred thousand (500,000) inhabitants; providing for two (2) assistants to the County Treasurer; repealing all laws in conflict; providing a saving clause.
HB 850 Caption: Relating to amending Article 2372, Revised Civil Statutes, 1925, relative to the payment of interpreters by the Commissioners Courts.

HB 279 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relative to establishing a system of public roads and bridges for Bexar County and granting certain powers to the Commissioners' Court of said County.
HB 334 Caption: Relating to the regulation of the City Board of Health, the City Health Officer, and the personnel of the City Health Department in cities with a certain population; prescribing the number of members of such Board, period of time and manner of appointment, and the qualifications of such Board; providing for selection and qualifications of City Health Department and City Health Officer.
HB 382 Caption: Relating to providing for the re-classification and re-appraisement of certain land in Coke County.
HB 465 Caption: Relating to providing that in all counties in the State of Texas having County Courts at Law, the Judges of such Courts may act for the County Judge in probate or guardianship proceedings or matters, also in juvenile and lunacy cases.
HB 836 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes by providing that in the event of any association shall bring suit to set aside rulings of the Industrial Accident Board, and final judgment in such suit shall be in favor of the claimant in a sum equal to or in excess of the compensation awarded by the board, said claimant shall be paid an additional penalty.
HB 1061 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing that no policy of group life insurance shall be issued or delivered unless and until a copy of the form thereof has been filed with the Life Insurance Commissioner and formally approved by him, stipulating the provisions which must be contained in such a policy.
