HB 87 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, to authorize the governing boards of the several State institutions of collegiate rank to exempt certain persons who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States from payment of certain dues, fees, and charges; containing severable and savings clause.
HB 128 Caption: Relating to providing that wild fox may be taken or killed at any time in Henderson County, Texas; providing that the hides and pelts thereof may be sold; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 321 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, making an emergency appropriation for the support, maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Public Junior Colleges which have been created and established since the biennial appropriation made in 1945; providing a saving clause.

HB 251 Caption: Relating to providing that in counties having a population of not less than thirty thousand, five hundred and eighty-three (30,583) and not more than thirty thousand, six hundred (30,600) according to the last preceding Federal Census, the County Judge may appoint a official County Court Reporter.
HB 620 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing for allowance on county warrant to Henderson County as a credit upon its indebtedness, under State-aid Project No.817-A, for which said warrant was issued and delivered to Highway Department of the State of Texas.
