HB 12 Caption: Relating to providing for liens in favor of persons, firms and corporations furnishing storage facilities and wrecker services upon vehicles which are removed to a garage or lot and stored there or which are left at a garage or lot for storage either at the request of the owner or at the request by same person legally authorized by the owner; providing no lien of record shall be affected and such garage or storage lien shall be inferior to any previous lien on record with the Certificate of Title Sections of the Highway department.

SB 10 Caption: Relating to providing that the Highway Department may issue a permit upon the application of any person, firm or corporation to operate over a state super-heavy or over-size equipment for the transportation of such commodities as cannot be reasonably dismantled, where the gross weight or size exceeds the limits allowed by law, providing for the form of an application for a permit, providing for the filing of a bond for damage that might occur to the highway, providing for a fee to be filed with each bond, providing for venue for suits on such bonds, and providing a form of permit.

HB 87 Caption: Relating to amending Article 1434 of the Penal Code by providing for the transfer of the certified copy of the tax collector's receipt issuing a general dealer's distinguishing number in lieu of the tax collector's receipt for the license fee issued for the current year.
