HB 226 Caption: Relating to amending Acts relative to construction of Farm-to-Market Roads.
HB 453 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts relating to and providing for the destruction of certain predatory animals and rodent pests; transferring certain functions from the Livestock Sanitary commission to the Director of Extension of the Agricultural and Mechanical College System of Texas; transferring appropriations made to the Livestock Sanitary Commission by the Fifty-second Legislature for predatory animal control work to the Agricultural and Mechanical College System of Texas; providing a saving clause.
HB 483 Caption: Relating to creating a Commission to coordinate higher education, granting it certain powers including powers relating to role, degree programs and educational series of State-supported colleges and University, and to suspend State Board of Education order authorizing election to form a community or public junior college under certain conditions; prohibiting the addition of further degree programs without approval of commission.
HB 616 Caption: Relating to validating all revenue bonds issued by cities and towns of five thousand inhabitants, or less, for the purpose of acquiring an electric light and power system.

HB 64 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish an adjunct to the College in Kimble County, Texas; authorizing the board to provide (with certain limitations and exceptions for research) which conforms the the Agriculture and Mechanical College of Texas.
HB 556 Caption: Relating to the jurisdiction of the County Court of Edwards County, Texas, conferring upon said court civil and criminal jurisdiction and increasing the criminal and civil jurisdiction of said court; fixing the time of holding court and repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.
HB 557 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure in regard to the summoning of juries.
HB 687 Caption: Relating to providing for the sale and manner of sale of all water and sewer lines owned by the State in Kerr County which are outside of Kerrville State Sanatorium grounds and which connect the Sanatorium water and sewer lines with the City of Kerrville water and sewer lines.
HB 772 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the exemption of the homestead used as a place of residence by Old Age Assistance applicants or recipients, and having an actual value of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000); providing a repealing clause and a saving clause.
HB 783 Caption: Relating to appropriating Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) for the Livestock Sanitary Commission to pay traveling expenses made for the biennium ending August 31, 1949.
