HB 44 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the use of nets and seines in the fresh public waters of Raines, Wood, Van Zandt, Henderson, Rusk, Cherokee, Nacogdoches, Houston, San Augustine, Angelina, Sabine, Tyler, Jefferson, Orange and Smith Counties for the purpose of taking, or catching, or attempting to take or catch, fish; providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
HB 190 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts providing grants to soil conservation districts.
HB 233 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the use of the Neches Conservation District; providing that the appropriation shall be repaid to the State of Texas.
HB 552 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing for a more effective law prohibiting hunting, fishing or camping on the inclosed land of another without the consent of the owner; requiring erection of the "Posted" signs; providing penalties for violation; providing for the deposit of certain fines collected in the Special Game Fund of the State of Texas; providing for the arrest of violators.
HB 633 Caption: Relating to amending certain act relating to the selection of jurors for service in the District and County Courts so as to provide that the provisions of the Jury Wheel Law shall apply to all counties in this State except in those counties where the judges of the courts affected by the provisions of the Jury Wheel Law elect not to be governed by the Jury Wheel Law.
HB 654 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale of milk, providing for the numbering of containers used by Grade A producers in Texas to prohibit milk from losing its identity from the point of origin to the distributor or producer, and requiring identification from the point of origin of all milk shipped in from other States and requiring inspection by Texas Health officers and that same be produced under the same standards as are required in the State of Texas for milk produced within the State; providing a penalty.
HB 690 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to authorize the governing boards of the various State institutions of higher learning to charge certain fees from all students to cover the cost of student services; naming the student services included.
HB 809 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation to the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station System for the purpose of erecting and equipping a headquarters building at Substation No. 11 at Nacagdoches, Texas; providing that such appropriation shall be made available on the effective date of this act and shall expire August 31, 1952.

HB 512 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to trap for fur-bearing animals in Nachogdoches County for a continuous period of two years; providing exceptions; providing a penalty.
HB 643 Caption: Relating to changing the name of Stephen F. Austin State Teachers College to Stephen F. Austin State College.
HB 649 Caption: Relating to regulating the hunting of deer in Nacogdoches County; repealing conflicting laws.
HB 826 Caption: Relating to provide for appointment and compensation of Dairy Inspectors by the Commissioner of Agriculture.
HB 881 Caption: Relating to require that no person shall be qualified to serve on any Board of Trustees for any school district unless such person is a parent of a child or children of school age in the school district to which he is elected or appointed, or a parent of a child or children in the school district to which he is elected who will become of school age at a later date.
HB 933 Caption: Relating to creating the Special District Court of Nacogdoches County, Angelina County and Cherokee County, Texas, prescribing its jurisdiction, limiting its existence, fixing its terms; repealing all conflict laws.
HB 961 Caption: Relating to making supplemental appropriations to pay certain miscellaneous claims out of the General Revenue Fund,or such other funds as may be designated herein for each item, not otherwise appropriated.
HJR 3 Caption: Proposing an Amendment to Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Texas by providing a method of payment for the construction and equipment of buildings and other permanent improvements for State institutions of higher learning; providing for Governor's proclamation; providing for an election and making appropriation therefor.
HJR 45 Caption: Proposing an Amendment to Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Texas so as to transfer out of the Confederate Pension Fund surplus the sum of $2,750,000.00 to a fund to be known as the State Permanent Building Fund for the purpose of constructing and equipping a state office building adjoining the State Capitol grounds as a memorial to the Confederate soldiers of Texas; providing for the necessary election, form of ballot, proclamation, and publication.

HB 49 Caption: Relating to amending Article 3959, Title 63, of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas of 1925, as amended by House Bill No, 716, Chapter 401 of Acts, Forty-seventh Legislature, Regular Session, 1941, so as to provide for fire escapes for certain schoolhouses of two (2) or more stories in height, defining "story" for purposes of schoolhouse provisions of Act.
