HB 115 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by providing for the Texas Board of Health to establish and to maintain a Code of Minimum Standards for the installation and maintenance of plumbing; defining certain words, terms and phrases; providing certain acts permitted without a license; fixing the number of members on the State Board of Plumbing Examiners; providing the qualifications for membership on said Board.
HB 199 Caption: Relating to prohibiting seines, nets and traps in public waters of Houston County, Texas, with exceptions; providing a penalty.
HB 208 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts authorizing the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners to revoke, cancel or suspend the license of any person or to refuse to admit persons to its examinations and to issue licenses to practice chiropractic to any person or persons for cause.
HB 609 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission of Texas to enter into cooperative agreements with the United States for the protection and management of wildlife resources on certain National Forest lands in Texas situated in Houston and Trinity Counties and to restock and protect same; prescribing penalty for violations of rules and regulations promulgated by said Commission and for other purposes.
HB 718 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to sell by means of a vending machine, or expose for sale by a vending machine, any drug, prophylactic, or medicinal preparation, or any rubber appliance or device commonly known as a condom or prophylactic rubber, or any animal membrane appliance or device commonly known as a fish-skin or lamb-skin, or any appliance or preparation, any of which is intended, or has a special utility, for the prevention of venereal diseases, or any of which is intended for, or is capable of being used as a contraceptive, providing punishment for violations of this act.
HB 818 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts relative to the regulation of the practice of pharmacy; pertaining to the officers of the State Board of Pharmacy; regulating the compounding, distribution and sale of drugs, medicines and poisons; providing for the licensing of pharmacists and requiring the making of the anticommunist oath and affidavit and prescribing penalties.

HB 41 Caption: Relating to providing that in all counties in this State within a certain population size, according to the last preceding Federal Census, the district clerks of such counties shall be authorized to employ seasonal employees whose total compensation shall not exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per annum where such district clerks are not allowed regular full-time deputies by their respective Commissioners Court.
HB 176 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, establishing the Central Bureau of Vital Statistics and State Registrar of Vital Statistics.
HB 921 Caption: Relating to providing that the Board of Trustees in certain independent school districts shall have authority to borrow funds for purpose of supplementing funds on hand to construct school buildings; providing that in the event of conflict with the provisions of any other law, the provisions hereof shall take precedence and prevail to the extent of such conflict; providing a savings clause.
