HB 155 Caption: Relating to entitling all incorporated municipalities in Texas to a refund of motor fuel taxes paid on motor fuel used in the operation of motor vehicles owned and operated, for public purposes only, by said incorporated municipalities.
HB 184 Caption: Relating to providing and enjoining duties upon the District Attorney, defining reliable information and providing a penalty for the District Attorney, County Attorney or Attorney General for a failure to perform duties enjoined upon him by certain statutes.
HB 186 Caption: Relating to juries in civil cases in justice courts; providing the number of jurors which may render a verdict.
HB 187 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the form of verdicts of juries in Civil Cases so as to provide that in the trial of Civil Cases nine members of the jury concurring may render a verdict in the District Court.
HB 188 Caption: Relating to special issues; providing that failure to submit an issue shall not be deemed ground to reverse a judgment unless submission is requested in writing by parties complaining thereof.
HB 189 Caption: Relating to defective, informal or conflicting verdicts; providing a court may reform verdicts at the bar.
HB 190 Caption: Relating to special issues in civil cases; providing the court may submit cause upon such issues with or without request of either party, shall submit the cause upon special issues raised by the pleadings and the evidence.
HB 191 Caption: Relating to confining reversals or errors to substance and merit, by providing that the Courts of Civil Appeals shall not reverse a judgment for errors not calculated to cause and which probably did not cause rendition of an improper judgment, or probaby prevented appellant from making a proper presentation of the case on appeal.
HB 192 Caption: Relating to allowing the jury to hear the court reporter read from his notes where there is any disagreement among the jury as to the statement of any witness.
HB 406 Caption: Relating to providing for the institution of suits to set aside compromise, adjustment, settlement and commutation agreements made between the parties on account of fraud, accident or mistake and the award of compensation to the employee in said suit, without the presentment of claim therefor the Industrial Accident Board.

HB 981 Caption: Relating to providing that minors under sixteen (16) years of age shall not hereafter be employed except under conditions provided by this Act; providing that minors under eighteen (18) years of age shall not be employed in mines, quarries or certain other dangerous occupations; providing a penalty.
HB 1031 Caption: Relating to providing that all political subdivisions of this State authorized to assess and collect taxes shall in the assessing and levying of taxes for such local governments use the latest approved valued made by the assessor and collector of the county or counties in which said political subdivision is situated.
HB 1048 Caption: Relating to granting the Commissioners Courts of Callahan, Eastland, and Taylor Counties permission to pay out of the General Fund of said Counties bounties for the destruction of rabbits, rattlesnakes, and ravens.
HB 1151 Caption: Relating to more fully defining persons entitled to old age assistance.
HB 1168 Caption: Relating to prohibiting marriage for males and females under sixteen (16) years of age.
HJR 47 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 1 of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that taxation shall be equal and uniform.

HB 6 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Act empowering the Racing Commission to license the racing of horses, and re-enacting certain Article of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, prohibiting the buying and selling of pools or receiving or making bets on horse racing and providing a penalty for its violation, fixing the time of taking effect of this Act.

HB 220 Caption: Relating to providing a method for the trial of civil causes upon special issues of facts submitted to the jury, and requiring the trial judge to submit such cause upon a general charge unless all parties agree for the cause to be submitted on special issues.
HB 364 Caption: Relating to providing the method by which towns or cities may grant any right or franchise for use of public streets, avenues or alleys to any person, firm, or corporation.
