HB 817 Caption: Relating to creating within the State of Texas, in addition to the districts into which the State has heretofore been divided as a conservation and reclamation district, for the purpose of navigation, the Aransas County Navigation District No. 1 of Aransas County, Texas, defining its powers and duties, creating an authority to make conveyance of certain lands to the City of Rockport subject to certain qualifications and restrictions; providing a savings clause.
HB 831 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the continuance in force of various sub-leasehold interests on and near Ransom Island now being jeopardized by the cancellation on the part of the state of Lease No. 39439 dated November 3, 1927, issued by the commissioner of the General Land Office; providing a savings clause.

HB 840 Caption: Relating to granting permission to Refugio County to use and improve Copano Bay and the shore line thereof adjacent to proposed St. Mary's County Park in Refugio County, and to use silt, mud, and shell dredged from the bay to fill highland, and make new land, and to construct, erect, and operate improvements, extending wholly or partially into said bay.

HB 264 Caption: Relating to repealing the Employment Agency Law as passed in 1923; providing an Employment and Labor Agency Law for Texas.
HB 265 Caption: Relating to reappropriating the unexpended balance remaining on April 15, 1943, of the appropriation made for the Nueces River Conservation and Reclamation District by the Regular Session of the Forty-seventh Legislature, Acts 1941, Chapter 144, Section 1.a., for the purpose of defraying the necessary expenses of said District in making and continuing to make the necessary surveys, investigations and the preparation of necessary plans for carrying out its construction program.
HB 266 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by changing the time and terms of holding the terms of District Court in Aransas, San Patricio, Bee, Live Oak and McMullen Counties, constituting the Thirty-sixth Judicial District of Texas.

HB 667 Caption: Relating to conserving the oyster resources of Aransas, Nueces, Calhoun, and Matagorda Counties, and providing for a closed season for the taking of such oysters; providing a penalty for the violation; repealing certain laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 685 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relative to fees received by employment agencies.
HB 739 Caption: Relating to defining the term "oil mill", providing that each oil mill shall maintain a cotton-seed testing laboratory on or within 1000 yards of the premises where the oil mill is located and providing that said laboratory shall be staffed with at least one chemist who shall be qualified to make chemical analysis of cottonseed; providing penalties for violating the provisions of this act; providing a saving clause.
HB 745 Caption: Relating to better conserving the marine resources of this State by providing certain regulations and restrictions in regard to the tidal waters of Aransas County for the duration of the war; providing a penalty.

HB 298 Caption: Relating to prescribing additional powers and duties of the Commissioners Court in certain counties relative to levying and collecting taxes for the maintenance of school districts.
HB 398 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes providing that a city or town shall have the right of eminent domain to condemn private property for the purpose of digging or drilling thereon water wells or producing water therefrom or constructing pump stations or reservoirs.
HB 408 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in counties having a certain population to lease any county hospital belonging to said county, and providing for the terms for said lease.
HB 409 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes relating to the appointment and compensation of County Auditors in certain counties.

HB 843 Caption: Relating to declaring all of the area inundated by the waters of Lake Corpus Christi to be a wild life sanctuary; prohibiting the carrying of firearms thereon; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
HB 975 Caption: Relating to better conserving the game and fish resources of Aransas County by providing for the closure of a certain area in Aransas Bay to the use of the oyster dredge; making it unlawful to dredge in such area; providing penalties.
HB 980 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Penal Code relating to hunting deer with dogs.
HB 991 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to shoot, take, trap, snare, or kill any quail in Bee County, Texas, for a period of two (2) years, except as otherwise provided by the authorization of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission; prescribing a penalty.

HB 180 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act aiding the City of Rockport in constructing seawalls, breakwaters, revetments and shore protections by donating to the City the ad valorem taxes to be collected by the State on all property and from all persons owning property situated in Aransas County for a period of twenty years; providing a penalty for the misapplication of funds raised therefrom.
HB 181 Caption: Relating to extending provisions of certain Act to aid City of Aransas Pass in constructing sea walls, etc.
HB 303 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in any county having a population of not less than seven thousand, six hundred and eighty (7,680) and not more than seven thousand and seven hundred (7,700) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, to lease any county hospital belonging to said county, and providing for the terms for said lease.

HB 181 Caption: Relating to providing for the admissibility in evidence of certified copies of certain instruments required by Statute or by Rules of the Railroad Commission of Texas to be filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas.
HB 358 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful to take any fish for sale from the waters of Lake Corpus Christi, situated in the Counties of San Patricio, Jim Wells, and Live Oak, or from the waters of the Nueces River between La Fruta Dam on the Nueces River and the highway bridge over the Nueces River near George West, including all of the tributaries of the Nueces River within the boundaries of Live Oak County; providing a suitable penalty for any violation of this Act.
HB 613 Caption: Relating to creating a special road law for San Patricio County, Texas, providing that said County may fund or refund the indebtedness outstanding against this road and bridge fund prior to May 21st, 1931.
HB 626 Caption: Relating to the appointment and compensation of County Auditors in certain counties.
HB 728 Caption: Relating to extending for an additional period of twenty five (25) years the provisions of certain Act remitting ad valorem taxes to the City of Aransas Pass.
HB 928 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to liquor stamps by authorizing the Treasurer to distribute stamps as required by said statute; providing a penalty.
HB 966 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act aiding the City of Rockport in constructing seawalls, breakwaters, revetments and shore protections, by extending the provisions of said Act for a period of forty (40) years from September 1st, 1920 and to aid the City of Rockport to pay interest and sinking funds upon outstanding bonds heretofore issued, the proceeds of which have been used exclusively in constructing and maintaining seawalls, breakwaters and share protection to protect the City of Rockport to issue bonds for the purpose of constructing seawalls, breakwaters, revetments and shore protection to protect said City of Rockport.
HB 1109 Caption: Relating to the appointment and compensation of County Auditors in certain counties.
HB 1175 Caption: Relating to granting to the United States of America easement to construct and maintain the Louisiana and Texas Intracoastal Waterway over and through portions of bays and tidal lands owned by the State of Texas in Brazoria, Matagorda, Calhoun, and Aransas Counties.
