HB 114 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by making possession of more than one-half pint of liquor in a dry area by any person previously convicted of a violation of this Act prima facie evidence that such liquor is possessed for the purpose of sale.
HB 240 Caption: Relating to requiring motor vehicle owners to take out liability insurance, surety bonds or place a deposit with the State Treasurer so as to provide indemnity for the owner against property damage or personal injuries to others, providing for suits directly against the insurer, surety or State Treasurer, providing a procedure for filing evidences of protection from indemnity, and providing penalties.
