HB 192 Caption: Relating to amending statutes so as to provide the salaries of County Commissioners and Precinct Commissioners in certain counties; providing that all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby expressly repealed.
HB 342 Caption: Relating to providing for the trial of persons in misdemeanor cases in Justice Precinct Courts only in the precinct in which the offense was committed, or in which the defendant resides; providing a penalty.
HB 419 Caption: Relating to authorizing the appointment by the District Attorney of an assistant in Judicial Districts composed of two or more counties where the District Attorney is absent by reason of being a member of the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

HB 127 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to providing that a poll tax of One Dollar ($1.00) only, shall be collected on every person between the ages of 21 and 60 years, making certain exceptions; providing that no poll tax shall be levied for General Revenue purposes, and that no county shall levy a poll tax.
HB 384 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act making it mandatory upon county and district attorneys to file suits for the collection of delinquent taxes, and providing that failure to do so shall constitute cause for removal from office.
HB 767 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the restriction, by the Railroad Commission of Texas, of the production of crude petroleum oil from fields in Texas when the producing or proven territory extends beyond the limits of the State.
HB 936 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful in Cass County, Texas, for any person to kill, take, or have in his possession for barter or sale any wild fox or the pelts thereof from December 1st to December 31st, inclusive, of any year.
HB 986 Caption: Relating to levying a tax of twenty (20%) per cent on all green fees collected at every golf course in this State; providing for the collection and remission of such taxes; providing for penalties.
