HB 230 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws relating to regulating the avocation and art of barbering.
HB 324 Caption: Relating to amending article in regard to the running of dogs at large, so as to control dogs accustomed to attacking or biting persons.
HB 325 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of any county in the state having a population of more than 100,000 inhabitants to establish civil service for certain of the employees of the county government, and the election or appointment of a civil service commission, and providing for the jurisdiction of said commission; repealing all laws in conflict.
HB 326 Caption: Relating to requiring officials and employees of State, County or political subdivision to file reports; providing penalties; providing a savings clause.
HB 335 Caption: Relating to requiring employers to protect the contractual and/or seniority rights of employees entering military service, or seeking, or appointed to, or elected to public office; providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
HB 452 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to carry gasoline in any motor vehicle while used in transporting one or more persons; excepting the gasoline in the tank of such motor vehicle; providing penalties.
HB 453 Caption: Relating to declaring the policy of the State of Texas toward the perpetuation of the Texas Bighorn Mountain Sheep, declaring the purpose of the Legislature to authorize the purchase of not to exceed twelve (12) sections of privately owned, and not to exceed eight (8) sections of public school lands in Culberson and Hudspeth Counties; authorizing the acceptance by the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission of gifts of moneys or of lands in said Counties for the purpose of a game management unit for the special benefit of said species.
HB 519 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing additional fees for clerks of the District Courts in addition to all other fees now provided by law.
HB 528 Caption: Relating to providing for the protection of public health, condemning the carcasses of diseased animals for human food; providing for the denaturing of the carcasses of diseased animals.

HB 492 Caption: Relating to creating County-wide Equalization School Districts in all counties containing a population of not less than Fifteen Hundred (1,500) and not more than Twenty-Seven Hundred Seventy Five (2,775) according to the last preceding Federal Census and containing a valuation of Four Million ($4,000,000) dollars or more; providing for a saving clause; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act to the extent of such conflict only.
HB 571 Caption: Relating to providing graduates of schools of beauty culture shall be issued a temporary certificate to practice.
HB 572 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by making applicable to Hudspeth and Culberson Counties and to clarify the provision restricting the taking of turkey gobblers in certain Counties.
HB 578 Caption: Relating to fixing the maximum time and limits under which certain game mammals, game birds, and fur-bearing animals, or the pelts thereof, of this State may be taken in El Paso, Culberson or Hudspeth Counties; providing a penalty for violation of any portion of this Act; providing for the effective date of this Act.
