HB 163 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Statutes relating to Vendor's Lien, Mortgage Lien, and Deed of Trust Notes secured by lien on real estate, providing time and manner of the running of limitation thereon.
HB 166 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act relating to the non-resident owner of a motor vehicle.
HB 396 Caption: Relating to preventing the fraudulent operation or use of automatic vending machines, slot machines, coin-box telephones or coin receptacles, or making or furnishing devices to defraud owners or lessees of the same; prescribing penalties.

HB 713 Caption: Relating to providing for the transfer of title of certain lands to the State Highway Commission consisting of two separate tracts, one being across Copano Pass in Aransas County, the other across Lavaca Bay in Calhoun County, lying under, along, and adjacent to the Causeways and their approaches now under construction, on State Highway No. 57.
HJR 14 Caption: Proposing an amendment by providing for the extension of the credit of the State for the purposes of construction of the system of State Highways and reimbursing outlays.

HB 29 Caption: Relating to requiring that all ginners, cotton yard operators and public warehousemen shall upon the request of the owner of any cotton draw samples of said cotton and send same to the State Department of Agriculture for classification; appropriating $50,000 dollars; providing penalties.

HB 61 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to reducing appropriations with relation to the payment of the salaries of judges and the support and maintenance of the judicial department of the State government for the two year period beginning Sept. 1, 1931.

HB 59 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the marital rights of parties, defining separate property of the husband and wife, exempting separate property of husband from debts contracted by the wife except for necessaries furnished herself and children after her marriage with him, and from torts of the wife, giving husband management, control, and disposition of his separate property during marriage, providing that the wife shall have the sole management, control and disposition of her separate property provided that the joinder of the husband shall be necessary to a conveyance or encumbrance of the wife's lands, bonds, and stocks, repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therein.
HB 488 Caption: Relating to providing for a lien upon any motor vehicle, tractor, trailer or semi-trailer for the payment of all registration fees required by law; providing for the seizure and holding or selling same for the fees due thereon.
HB 490 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Highway Department to audit the fees collected by tax collectors for the registration of motor vehicles, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers or other vehicles or for the transfer, or other vehicles or for the transfer thereof.
HB 546 Caption: Relating to requiring every company writing casualty insurance, when held liable on a claim, to pay in addition to the amount of the loss damages together with reasonable attorneys fees.

HB 583 Caption: Relating to giving the State Highway Commission authority to forbid the use of roads and bridges under certain circumstances.
HB 612 Caption: Relating to providing that the Highway Commission shall issue a permit upon the application of any person, firm or corporation to operate over a state highway super-heavy equipment for the transportation of heavy commodities.
HB 642 Caption: Relating to accepting the benefits and provisions of the Acts of Congress authorizing the extension of Federal Aid for construction of toll bridges on the highways included in the Federal System.
