HB 99 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas, to deed, convey, assign and/or transfer all right, title, and interest of whatsever class, kind or character directly or indirectly belonging to the State of Texas in and to that tract of land known as the 26.5 acre Park Site situated near Con Can Post Office in Uvalde County, Texas, to A. B. Mayhew.
HB 100 Caption: Relating to regulating and controlling representation in Legislative matters in the practice of influencing legislation by personal contact; prescribing limitations of such activities, outlining procedure for same and prescribing penalties for violation thereof and repealing certain articles of the 1925 Penal Code of Texas.
HB 397 Caption: Relating to to reducing the amount necessary to be paid by the owner to redeem lands sold at tax sale; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 398 Caption: Relating to making provisions for the administrative method of enforcement of tax liens of county and State and cities and towns and districts, and all subdivisions of government with taxing powers, where taxes are unpaid and delinquent on real property, and eliminating the foreclosure thereof by suits in court.
HB 624 Caption: Relating to controlling "smut," or "white rot" diseases in onion plants, and protecting the purchasers thereof by providing for and requiring the inspection and certification of onion plants, or sets, by the Department of Agriculture, through its inspectors; fixing penalty for violation of any provision.
HB 709 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of any Water Improvement District or Water Control and Improvement District within the State to remit, in whole or in part, the penalties and interest on all ad valorem taxes levied by such Districts that are not delinquent and/or past due and unpaid, and which are paid on or before December 31, 1933.

HB 61 Caption: Relating to reducing the cost of redeeming land sold for taxes, and reducing the cost of enforcing tax liens, and releasing taxes more than ten (10) years past due, and providing for a practical and efficient enforcement of all present and future delinquent tax liens.
HB 150 Caption: Relating to reducing the cost of redeeming land sold for taxes, and specifying the time for redemption and the money to be paid therefor.

HB 316 Caption: Relating to providing that where a testator having a child or children leaves a surviving wife, who is the mother of all of his said children, and the principal beneficiary in said last will and testament to the entire exclusion of all of his said children, that said Articles 8291 and 8292 shall not apply.
HB 331 Caption: Relating to making provision for the enforcement of tax liens of County and State and cities and towns and districts, and all subdivisions of government with taxing power, where taxes are unpaid and delinquent on real property by eliminating the foreclosure thereof by suits in court.
HB 374 Caption: Relating to requiring that Bermuda Onions shipped or sold in containers shall show thereon the name and address of the grower or shipper and the grade or classification; providing a penalty.
HB 375 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by including Onion and Spinach Seed and include in addition to the other data to be shown the year in which such seed were grown.
HB 455 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to operate a vehicle for the transportation of pupils to and from any school or college without displaying a sign with the words 'School Bus' on the front and rear and each side thereof, and providing safeguards to passengers on entering or leaving same, from dangers caused by passing motorists, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
HB 647 Caption: Relating to ratifying and validating an election heretofore held in and throughout Road District No. 1 of Uvalde County, Texas.
HB 654 Caption: Relating to the sale of perishable farm products; providing penalties.
HB 803 Caption: Relating to directing the Treasurer of the State to pay to Henry W. Baylor, William F. Hardeman, George W. Baylor, Charles W. McFaddin, Oscar D. Baker, George S. Stockley, Sidney J. Baylor, Leon Heard, Wyatt Heard, James Whitecotton, Mrs. Mittie A. Smith, Mrs. Alexander Wilkerson, Mrs. John H. Affleck and Mrs. Sarah Cunningham certain sum, said persons being members or the surviving wives of deceased members of the Montel Guards, officially designated as Company "G", First Texas Calvary.
HB 891 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Highway Commission of Texas and the State Prison Board of Texas to contract for the construction, with prison labor, of any section or sections of a designated State highway, when said Commission and Board deem it practical, economical and in the best interest of the State.

HJR 24 Caption: Proposing an amendment to provide for the right to redeem land sold at Tax Sale within two years from the date of the filing for record of the Purchaser's Deed.
HJR 38 Caption: Proposing an amendment to classify certain interest-bearing hearing bonds as intangible personal property.

HB 40 Caption: Relating to making provisions for the enforcement of tax liens of County and State and cities and towns and districts, and all subdivisions of government with taxing power, where taxes are unpaid and delinquent on real property by eliminating the foreclosure thereof by suits in Court, and by providing for notice, advertisement, sale, execution and delivery of deed.
HB 47 Caption: Relating to authorizing the assignment and transfer of any tax liens levied by the State of Texas and for any county, municipality, school district or any other political subdivision of the State; providing for the issuance of tax certificates evidencing the transferred tax obligation.

HB 122 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute so as to provide that the county judge may in his discretion require a guardian of an estate to give bond with one or more corporations authorized to execute surety bonds in this State as surety, in such amount as may be fixed by the judge, and providing for guardian bonds with two or more good and sufficient sureties to be approved by county judges.
HB 146 Caption: Relating to providing for the admissibility in evidence of certain instruments, and providing that where such instrument has been and shall be of record for ten (10) years, it shall be no objective to the admission of same in evidence that such instrument has certain specified defects.
HB 151 Caption: Relating to amending and repealing certain Statutes so as to eliminate the necessity of the wife's separate acknowledgement and the other requirements of said statutes, herein repealed, in the conveyance of homesteads.
HB 152 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain a horticultural and agricultural experiment station at some point within the limits of certain counties, in the State of Texas, for the purpose of making scientific investigation of fruits, citrus fruits, nuts and vegetables, bees, and methods of combating insect pests and diseases of said products in the said section, and conducting scientific experiments in poultry raising and dairying.
HB 251 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to cover Dimmit, Zavala, Medina and Uvalde counties and permit the taking or catching certain Fish at any time in any fresh water river, creeks or lakes in the counties of Burnet, Williamson and Lampasas, Dimmit, Zavala, Medina and Uvalde, with a seine or net with not less than a four-inch size mesh, and providing that fish, if any, caught in such seine or net shall be immediately released in the waters where caught, and that the owner or one in possession of said seine or net shall, within five days from and after the using of same, make a report under oath to the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner, reporting the name of each and every person in the party and showing in said report that all fish not permitted to be caught or taken were released as aforesaid.
HB 255 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to include the counties of Dimmit, Zavala, Medina and Uvalde in the provision permitting squirrels to be killed at any time.
HB 257 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute which pertains to wild mourning doves so as to change the open season in the south zone from November and December of each year to October and November of each year.
HB 259 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the regulating of elections to be held in Water Improvement Districts and defining who are qualified voters in Water Improvement Districts and authorizing the Commissioners Court to order the first election.
HB 336 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Board of Water Engineers to have made a scientific geological and sanitary study and investigation and report on the sources, amount and quality of the underground water supply in Texas, and the conservation, maintenance and supplementing of the same, for the scientific protection of the water supply for domestic and municipal uses, irrigation uses, and providing for co-operation of the State Department of Health; and appropriating out of the general revenues of Texas $25,000 for each of the two years of this biennium.
HB 358 Caption: Relating to providing for changing and prescribing terms and times for holding the Courts in the counties composing the 38th Judicial District of Texas.
HB 421 Caption: Relating to providing a 10 year period of limitation for the bringing of suit to recover land based upon certain defects in any instrument, where such instrument which has been or hereafter may be of record for 10 years or more.
