HB 51 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to citation by publication so as to provide that in actions affecting the title to, possession of, interest in or lien on land a non-resident whose residence or address is disclosed by the records shall be served.
HB 52 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to the classification of claims against an estate so as to limit the amount of priority of first class claims.
HB 53 Caption: Relating to regulating the presentation, allowance, approval, classification and payment of claims and liens against estates of deceased persons and to direct the manner of collection and foreclosure of such liens.

HB 89 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to increase the salary of the judge of the County Criminal Court of Dallas County, Texas, to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per year.
HB 132 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the collateral security to be pledged by depositories for securing State funds, by depositing a depository bond with the State Treasurer or by pledging with the State Treasurer bonds and certificates of indebtedness of the United States, obligations and pledges of the University of Texas.
HB 134 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute so as to provide that in certain actions begun during the lifetime of the decedent, in which executors, administrators, guardians or the heirs or legal representatives of the decedent have been substituted as parties plaintiff or defendant, and in which such actions either plaintiff or defendant has testified in open court or by deposition and has been subject to cross-examination by the other party, the testimony so given in open court or by deposition by either party may be admitted in evidence upon any subsequent trial of the same issues between the surviving party and the executors, administrators, guardians, heirs or legal representatives of the deceased party.
HB 236 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by adding thereto a provision authorizing the county courts of this State to grant letters of administration upon the estates of certain persons without regard to the date of death when such administration is necessary in connection with the receipt or recovery of moneys due by the United States of America.
HB 237 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by adding thereto a provision whereby the county judge may authorize the payment of bond premiums out of the estate of the ward.
HB 238 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by adding thereto a provision authorizing the county judge to decrease the amount of a guardian's bond whenever, in his opinion, a smaller bond than the one in effect would be adequate to protect the estate of the ward.
HB 239 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide for the removal of a guardian after being cited to answer, when he is proved to have been guilty of gross neglect or mismanagement in the performance of any of his duties as guardian, and when he becomes of unsound mind or a habitual drunkard or is sentenced to imprisonment for a term of years, and when, if he be the guardian of the person, he cruelly treats the ward or neglects to educate and maintain the ward as liberally as to the demands of such ward and the circumstances of the case demand.
HB 240 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the discharge of guardians of incompetents or habitual drunkards where such persons have been restored to their right minds or sober habits by adding thereto a provision authorizing the court to adjudge such persons to be of sound mind or to be no longer habitual drunkards, as the case may be.
HB 241 Caption: Relating to providing for the giving of the filing of all annual and other accounts, and of all applications for the expenditure and investment of funds by guardians whose wards are beneficiaries of the United Veterans' Bureau, and providing for collection of fees therefor.

HB 331 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute relating to requirements for law school graduates, and providing that this act shall become effective September 15, 1931.
HB 332 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that the birthday of Robert E. Lee, to-wit, the 19th day of January, be a legal holiday in addition to those provided by law at present.
