36th Regular Session
HB 323 Caption: Relating to providing that the commissioners courts of the several counties of this State shall supply at the expenses of the county all necessary furniture, stationery, compasses, transit and level for county surveyors.
HB 633 Caption: Relating to requiring each and every individual, company, corporation, or association, which owns, controls, manages, or leases, any sulphur mine within this State, to make quarterly report to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, under the oath of the individual, or of the president, treasurer, or superintendent of such company, corporation, or association, showing the total amount of sulphur produced during the quarter next preceding, and the average market value thereof, during said quarter.
HJR 16 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 30a of Article XVI of the Constitution of the State of Texas providing for the creation of a commission to regulate and control cotton seed oil companies, flouring mill and meat packing companies, providing for the publication of the amendment issuing the proclamation ordering the election and making an appropriation to defray the expenses of such publication and proclamation.
