HB 423 Caption: Relating to increasing the salary of the official Court Reporter for the Fourth Judicial District of Texas to the sum of Eighteen Hundred ($1800.00) Dollars; providing the manner of payment of such salary.
HB 436 Caption: Relating to levying and collecting annually a three dollar road tax against all able-bodied citizens of Rusk County who are between the ages of twenty-one and forty-five years; providing the manner of assessment and collection of said tax, and further providing a penalty for failure or refusal to pay such tax.
