SB 418 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to fees of district attorneys of districts composed of two counties or more, and to provide for assistant district attorneys in certain districts, and to provide for compensation of such assistants.
SB 426 Caption: Relating to creating the Pecos Independent School District, in Reeves County, Texas.
34th 1st Called Session
SB 21 Caption: Relating to amending laws which chapters relate to the regulation of butcher business and to the detection of persons illegally handling and butchering of animals, and prescribing bond, rules and regulations and penalties in connection therewith; said articles amended from hereby name a large number of counties as being exempt from the provisions of said chapters and it is the purpose of this Act to reduce the number of counties so exempt.
SB 42 Caption: Relating to amending a certain General Law changing the time of holding court in the Thirty-third Judicial District of Texas, repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
SB 47 Caption: Relating to validating sales and conveyances of certain lands made under Spanish and Mexican authorities.
SB 50 Caption: Relating to creating the Buena Vista Independent School District in Pecos County.
SB 52 Caption: Relating to validating all common school districts heretofore formed or established; declaring all bonds issued by such districts approved by the Attorney General and registered by the Comptroller to be in conformity with state laws and to be valid and binding obligations.
33rd Regular Session
SB 75 Caption: Relating to providing for the protection of persons of this State who may be injured in a foreign country and providing for adequate compensation therefor.
SB 92 Caption: Relating to exemptions as affecting employees and ex-employees of common carriers, express, railway, telegraph, news and other companies, persons and corporations performing service for or in connection with the operation of the railways;
SB 95 Caption: Relating to providing that purchasers of free school land in certain counties may transfer same in one-sixteenth of a section tracts or multiples thereof.
SB 96 Caption: Relating to amending the Acts of Legislature relating to validating certain surveys which for any reason might be deemed invalid, and to authorize the Commissioner of the General Land Office to issue patents therefor; said proposed amendment being to provide for the issuance of patents in cases, otherwise valid in all respects, where certified copies of certificates have been taken out and valid re-locations made thereunder, as well as where such certificates have not been taken out, as is provided under the present law.
SB 112 Caption: Relating to placing Culberson county within the Eighth Supreme Judicial District and making said Culberson County a part of said district.
SB 113 Caption: Relating to authorizing the governor of Texas to purchase the LaBahia Mission Property Near Goliad; to authorize the governor of Texas to accept from the owner the land in Goliad County upon which Colonel Fannin's men were massacred in the war for Independence of Texas; also to authorize the governor to accept land from the owner of what is know as Fannin's Battlefield Ground in Goliad County, and to make an appropriation to pay for an improve the ground herein.
SB 128 Caption: Relating to prospecting and developing minerals on land owned by the State of Texas, by the public free school fund and University and Asylum funds, and upon such land as heretofore sold or may hereafter sell with reservation of the minerals in fresh water lakes and in islands, bays, marshes, reefs and sale water lakes; providing penalties for violations of the provisions of this Act.
SB 152 Caption: Relating to creating for each county of this state a lunacy commission, prescribing the mode of procedure in lunacy cases; giving to certain persons the right to appeal to the county judge from decisions of the commission; repealing certain sections of the Revised Civil Statutes.
SB 162 Caption: Relating to incorporating and creating the Rankin Independent School District of Upton county, for free school purposes only; defining its boundaries, and providing for the election of a board of trustees, and for the raising of revenue by taxation.
