HB 196 Caption: Relating to regulating the publishing, printing, circulation and distribution of campaign advertisements; requiring every person, firm or corporation who shall print or publish a newspaper to print at the end of each advertisement concerning any candidate for any office a true and correct statement showing the name of the person who ordered such advertisement; prescribing a penalty.
HB 226 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the subjects required to be taught in common schools, defining the subject of elementary agriculture, requiring the teaching of agriculture in the summer normal institutes, and county teachers' institutes.
HB 367 Caption: Relating to dividing Fairview Common School District No. 91 into two common school districts, to be known as "Fairview Common School District No. 91," and " Parker Common School District No. 3," by making the Missouri, Kansas and Texas railroad, which runs from Bonham to Denison, the dividing line.
HB 390 Caption: Relating to requiring each collector or Sheriff who may be authorized by law to issue poll tax receipts or exemption certificates to mail to each registered voter a duplicate of ballot to be voted upon at each biennial election.

HB 87 Caption: Relating to dividing Ridings Common School District No. 95 in Fannin county, Texas, into two Common School Districts, to be known as "Ridings Common School District No. 95" and "Finley Common School District No. 126" by a line running east to west across said Ridings Common School District No. 95 so as to give to each of the newly created common school districts about an equal number of square miles of territory.
