HB 134 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute changing the date of holding primary elections and regulating the manner of holding thereof.
HB 135 Caption: Relating to providing for the joint investigation by the State of Texas and the Government of the United States of the water resources of the State of Texas, their utilization for the purpose of irrigation, and making an appropriation.
