HJR 16, 50th R.S.
Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide that the Legislature shall have the power to provide assistance and to provide for the payment of same to needy aged persons over the age of sixty-five years, needy blind persons over the age of twenty-one, and needy children under the age of sixteen years, who are citizens of the United States and are residents of the State of Texas.
