Relating to requiring all section, bridge and building, and maintenance of way motor cars operated by any railroad in this State to be equipped with electric head lamps and rear lamps; providing a penalty; providing for an injunction; providing that if any section, sentence or clause shall be declared invalid, other sections or parts of the Act shall not be affected thereby.
