Relating to prescribe minimum educational standards and to establish a State Board of Examiners in the Basic Sciences; providing that if any section, part of a section, provision of this Act is held to be unconstitutional such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Act; providing for the non-repeal of existing medical licensure of law.
