HB 132, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending legislation relating to the penalty for sale of horse meat for human consumption to provide that the penalty for violation of such Act shall be a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00, or confinement in jail for a period of not less than 30 days or more than two years, or both, for the first offense, and that the penalty for any second or succeeding violation of such Act shall be confinement in the penitentiary for not less than two years and not more than five years.
