HB 607, 53rd R.S.
Relating to providing that time engaged in active military service of the armed forces of the United States or of the Armed Forces Reserve of the United States, or of any branch or component part of such armed forces or Armed Force Reserve, or the United States Maritime Service or the United States Merchant Marines, shall be counted and applied as teaching experience in computing a teacher's minimum base pay, if such person enters or returns to the teaching profession within one (1) year after discharge or release from such active military services.
