Relating to amending the Insurance Code to provide for a ten (10) day examination period of accident and sickness insurance policies by the policy-holder, during which term the insured may return the policy to the insurer and receive a return of premiums paid, if the insured is dissatisfied with the policy for any reason; providing an effective date.
