SB 63	33-0 (1913)	Author: Collins, Vinson Allen "Yank"	Relating to establishing charbon districts; providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with charbon, or supposed to have such diseases, to the county health officer, who shall report the same to the State Board of Health and providing for practicing physicians to report all persons with said disease.
SB 8	31-1 (1909)		Relating to carrying into effect Article 32, Section 16, of the Constitution of the State of Texas in relation to the Texas State Board of Health and Vital Statistics Department; to abolish the present Department of Public Health and Vital Statistics; to create a Texas Board of Health; prescribing penalties.
