Relating to the release of certain prisoners to mandatory supervision as defined in this Act and to parole and to executive clemency; providing for the authority, responsibility, and duties of the Board of Pardons and Paroles and the Division of Parole Supervision in administering the program and the duties of parole officers; making certain provisions for paroling prisoners to detainers or for hospitalization; relating to revocation of the release to mandatory supervision or parole; relating to calculation of time served on a sentence under various circumstances; making certain information privileged.
