Relating to amending the Texas Penal Code so as to permit growing, cutting, harvesting, drying, curing, storing, possessing, handling, mailing, distributing, supplying, selling, and delivering, and otherwise dealing with, peyote in relation to its nondrug use in bona fide religious ceremonies of the Native American Church of North America.
