HB 252, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person who operates pick-up trucks with a maximum load capacity of one-half (1/2) ton or less upon the highways of this state and who holds an operator's license shall not be required to procure a commercial operator's license; and omitting an obsolete exemption therein pertaining to World War II armed forces personnel.
