Relating to amending the Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Act, so as to authorize the Attorney General or any district or county attorney to institute any injunction proceeding or such other proceeding as to enforce provisions of this Act; authorizing and providing venue for suits for recovery of penalty for violating the Act.
