SB 275, 56th R.S.
Relating to providing a remedy for persons convicted and imprisoned in the penitentiary, who assert that rights guaranteed to them by the Constitution of the United States or the State of Texas, or both, have been denied in the proceedings in which they were convicted, or who assert that their conviction was based, in whole or in part, on false or untrue testimony regarding either the issue of guilt or punishment, regardless of whether or not such false or untrue testimony was unintentionally given.
