HB 683, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that the State Highway Commission shall be authorized to require that all contracts for the construction, maintenance and improvement of any designated State Highway shall contain a provision that no person will be employed by the contractor to perform manual labor in the course of such work at a wage of less than thirty cents per hour.
