SB 334, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing for the character of repairs and extensions of utilities necessary to render efficient service which shall be a first lien and charge upon the incomes of the particular utility which is repaired or extended, and providing that bonds issued under the provisions of this Act may be approved by the Attorney General and registered by the Comptroller; providing for proper records to be kept of income and expenses, providing a penalty for failure to maintain such records.
