Relating to providing for the sale baled hay by weight, defining the quantity of baled hay constituting a ton, providing that baled hay sold in less quantity than a ton shall be weighed and the weight of each bale ascertained, and a tag showing the weight of each bale to be attached to the bale, and the price per bale shall be determined by the number of pounds contained in the bale, providing that it shall be unlawful to price or sell any bale or bales of hay by the bale disregarding the weight of same; making the violation of this Act a misdemeanor, fixing penalties.
