Relating to prohibiting owners and managers of hotels, restaurants, cafes, barber shops, bath houses, dining cars, railroad companies and sleeping car companies from allowing "tips" to be given to employees; prohibiting all persons from giving same to such employee; prohibiting such employees from receiving same; defining the word "tips" and prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
