- Enact a law to enable discharged soldiers, sailors and marines, who were employed in the army or navy of the United States who have been prevented from paying their poll taxes by reason of their service in the United States army or navy, and who are otherwise qualified voters, to vote in all elections to be held in this state during the current year.
