- Work with the Texas Turnpike Commission, the Fort Worth city council and other interested parties to provide freeway access to residents of East Fort Worth who are currently required to pay a toll to travel on a section of the Dallas-Fort Worth Turnpike which was built on a right-of-way originally designated for construction of a freeway to serve east Fort Worth.*
