Authorizing the establishment of a private bird shooting area; defining a private bird shooting area and describing activities permitted thereon; authorizing the Parks and Wildlife Department to issue a license for said area; requiring markers to be erected; providing a license fee of $25; requiring banding of game birds released; establishing a season for taking released birds; requiring hunters to have a valid Texas Hunting license; requiring the license to be issued on a form prescribed by the Parks and Wildlife Department; establishing a penalty for violation.
