Authorizing the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System to acquire by purchase, exchange, gift, or otherwise, certain properties to be used for campus expansion and university purposes in The University of Texas System; vesting title in The University of Texas System, providing that this act shall be cumulative; providing for severability, repealing all laws in conflict.
