An Act defining certain terms as used herein; prescribing employment contracts of a specified duration for certain teachers in this State; prescribing the causes by which and the procedures by which certain teacher employment contracts may be terminated; providing for review of order discharging and dismissing certain teachers holding term contracts; providing certain teachers with rights and privileges; providing conditions under which certain teachers may resign; providing penalties against certain teachers for failure to fulfill contract obligations.
