Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the per diem of members of the Legislature at the rate of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for the first one hundred twenty (120) days and Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day for the remaining days of each regular session of the Legislature and at the rate of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day of each called session; to provide also for mileage at the rate of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) for every twenty-five (25) miles going to and returning from sessions of the Legislature
