Relating to regulating the operation of boats, as defined in the Act, navigating the waters within the jurisdiction of this State; requiring safety equipment, lights, and other equipment and devices on boats; prescribing rules for safe operation of boats; prohibiting certain persons from operating boats; defining certain offenses and prescribing penalties for violation of the Act; making appropriations.
